Who will make it to this year’s NBA All-Star list? Top online bookmakers already know.

nba all star bettingJust a little over a week left before the 2019-2020 NBA season will start, but bookmakers are already thinking about the All-Star break. Who will represent their team during the star-packed basketball weekend? Check out what bookies have to say.
Basketball fans around the world are still waiting for the NBA season to tipoff, but top online bookmakers are already thinking ahead of time, offering their NBA All-Star 2020 predictions.

The bookie presented three lists with Lock, Fringe and Longshot picks for players that could possibly be featured in this year’s event. To start off the odds on favourite, unsurprisingly, is a new Laker Anthony Davis. The book gives him the odds of as short as 1.05 (1/20), making his appearance almost certain. Surprisingly, but one of the top online bookmakers lists the reigning Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard only as a third favourite at the odds of 1.08 (2/25), the current Rookie of a Year (who almost made it last time) - Luka Doncic is offered at the price of 1.25 (1/4) and a scoring machine, Mr. Tripple-Double, Russell Westbrook appears to be an underdog of this Locks list at the price of 1.83 (83/100).

With a quite decent amount of players like Lebron James, Stephen Curry and James Harden being guaranteed to get their All-Star spots the competition for the remaining seats gets tougher.

A Fringe list, however, features enough of the big league names like Kevin Love, the NBA Champion - Kyle Lowry, the Defensive Player of a Year - Rudy Gobert, along with young core represented by Jayson Tatum, Donovan Mitchell, Trey Young and the number one Draft Pick - Zion Williamson.

The last but not least is the Longshot listing, which also features some top-class NBA talent, Chris Paul is one of them, being listed as a joint-favourite at the odds of 7.00 (6/1). The longest odds, however, belong to another Laker, Alex Caruso. While his chances of making the All-Star team are far from being real, he might provide some value being listed at the odds of 101.00 (100/1). Do not sleep on the “Bold Mamba”, especially when he will be battling alongside “the King”, Lebron James, himself.
